It was cool while seating on a cafe and receive a message that another bitchatter was around and i started looking on other people as surprised as you were. Or finding that one of my workmates also was using it! More of the utility was the discovery emotion!
As per the events during shutdown, we basically know part of the stories after it. Crowd control technique! Some scuffles on pooling stations and more violent clashes with several dead! Officially, police forces were attacked and they responded. Self defense they say!
One thing you need to understand: the country has a lot of security forces some of them that have been in war scenarios like DRC, Somalia, South Sudan, even in Iraq as contractors. They are very trigger happy and you could see in their faces the smile when they threw tear gas to people, even bystanders. Or the way they beat up someone passing wearing the wrong shirt color!
