I'm looking to make an animation showing data values across various irregularly spaced 2D regions (solar panels) over time.
Is there some off the shelf OSS data vis tool where I can either hand draw or write a config file for the polygons, then associate each polygon with a column of a CSV file containing measurements at each point in time, then render an mp4 (or draw it live and capture with OBS etc)
