"content": "First sweetcorn came home today. \n\nI noticed one plant had a fungus and another cob had been pecked so checked the kernels on this lot and they're ready even though the silks are still not that dark. First time growing them so it's a learning curve.\n\nI have a forest of sweet basil to pick but I just brought enough back for two days worth of pesto.
