Nostr itself isn’t Post-Quantum Ready, so we’d have to stop using Nostr (as its current designed) to adopt that, Nostr uses Secp256k1.
Most likely once we implement Secret Chats (which are direct peer-to-peer and ephemeral, NOT using Nostr Relays) we will use PQC out-of-band.
