I've been pondering, and decided the first thing I'll be doing for my #thisIsNotFine protesting (and for my mental health) is getting a swack of THIS IS NOT FINE postcards and every time I am angry about the gov't lack of actual problem solving I am gonna jot down a lil note, and drop it in the mailbox. Physical and tangible, but accessible for my limitations.
It'll be like journaling, but making my worries Mark Carney's problem. He gets paid lots; he can do that emotional labour.
