Do not forget the big companies like Coca Cola, Nestlé etc. They are also sucking up the/your (cheap) ground water to sell it back to you in the supermarkets for 1000% profit. And they do not care about the environment either. And they're already doing it way longer than datacenters owners and they also did not stop during droughts.
