I was shooting the Thunderbirds on a Friday practice day before a Pt. Mugu airshow about ten years ago from off-base, on the Wood Road overpass. MPs from the base approached me from both sides of the bridge and kept me for about 90 minutes while going over every photo on every memory card I had. I haven't spotted with a camera there since.
I mean, come on, guys. You're holding an airshow, isn't all the secret stuff inside or covered up already? It was not fun.
