I am not ok. I don’t know how we keep going. I don’t know how to want to keep existing.
I know that sounds dire enough to worry people and I’m not going to do anything drastic but that’s how bad I feel.
And I know I’m not the only one and it kills me that other people also feel this bad but I can’t even handle myself.
And the dog just wants to go to the dog park but now she’s worried because I can’t get out of bed and I feel terrible for making her this worried.
