Another full day of building my wife's garden folly today. Laid another skid of patio slabs, probably be the last for this season. This is a holiday long weekend in Canada (Thanksgiving) so the rest of the weekend will be visiting family and such.

I do love those moments when there is no man made sounds and I can hear the ravens doing raven things off in the distance. They haven't visited me directly in a several months.

No eagle spottings today, although a humming bird (late!) was really interested in my hat for a bit.

It's starting to get too cold for this kind of work.
