And by the way, I have frequently suggested in detail that billionaires should be taxed out of existence (with say a 95% assets tax). They'd still be living better than everyone else. But my saying it doesn't mean it will happen, and it almost certainly won't happen. In fact, things are moving in the opposite direction.
