Anthropic: Responsible Scaling Policy Version 3.0
We’re releasing the third version of our Responsible Scaling Policy (RSP), the voluntary framework we use to mitigate catastrophic risks from AI systems.
At issue is Anthropic’s AI usage policy, which bars the use of its model Claude to conduct mass surveillance or develop weapons that do not require human oversight.
