If it is necessary to life it should be provided by the state at the lowest possible cost to the consumer. There should not be anyone making profit from essentials. Food, clean water, shelter and medical care and transportation should be made available at the lowest possible cost. The capitalists can be in charge of baubles, trinkets, drugs and alcohol.
