A hardware ecosystem, which is based on majority of semiconductors going into data centers cannot sustain itself forever. To add more stress, it's for the most part debt based eocsystem.
This is a slowly but steadily lurking existential problem e.g., to companies like Apple.
I mean if person like me, who has no debt, has steady income and even savings and whose daughter is an adult, starts to think that "hmm... maybe I postpone buying Switch 2 for some time", it is an inevitable problem. Extrapolate from that.
