Interesting. I didn't know about HF oligomers.
I don't think the density of HF and ammonia would be affected by aggregating water.
I could see how it might attract water (which would have to come from the air) to form a sort of condensate. If that happens, it might become a heavier than air mixture, but normally air would not contain enough moisture to make that happen.
