Seeing as I was in Kentucky I picked up some Mellow Corn. It's not great but interesting and instructive in tasting given its mash bill (80% corn, 8% rye, 12% malt per Heaven Hill).
Anyway I mainly picked it up to have with Nixta in this corn old fashioned #cocktail
1½ oz Mellow Corn
½ oz Nixta
dash bitters
(sad) lemon peel (and I didn't have any orange/peel)
