I think that’s a taking it a bit far. I think their relationship is exactly what Trump has said about it. They were good friends that bonded over womanizing and financial deals. Then had a falling out about a teenage “masseuse” and a Florida estate.
Personally, i think the most likely explanation, is the one Trump has basically said. Trump knew Epstein liked to rape teenage girls, but didn’t care. Maybe Trump participated a once or twice, I’d say likely did, but I don’t think he made it a habit like Epstein or Prince Andrew. I honestly believe Trump when he said, “He likes them a bit younger than I do.” Not only is that confessing that he knew about Epstein, but also that it wasn’t a deal breaker, no more than someone that takes their coffee different than you do is.
The casual off handedness is what makes it believable to me
