I'm still trying to understand these results. Look at my sleep. Six hours, no issue falling asleep and more importantly above 2 hours of it were deep sleep.

All with no medication, just tyrosine. There was no exhaustion at all the whole day yesterday and to make it even weirder I had one small regular coffee to cancel out a doxilamine pill I took Friday night by mistake (the blister looks too much like the one of rosuvastatin). The most unexpected part was CONTROL over the volume of the internal noise the whole day. I could even put my mind in blank (which I did) on command the whole day.

I did NOT expect this at all.
