Man, that's what I was thinkin'. But man, these days they got all the tech. They scan your ID, check your criminal record before you even pull out cash. And if they see a name like mine on their system? They'll call the cops before I leave.

But you know what? Some of them don't care. My buddy got a Beretta at a pawn shop in Ferndale last month. Shop owner didn't ask for ID, just took his money and gave him the gun wrapped in a paper bag. That's the kind of place we need — one that doesn't give a fuck about federal law.
