As I've been giving Yvette Cooper a hard time about the proscription of Palestine Action, its only fair that I also recognise when she is doing something positive;
Cooper is clarifying the definition of Honour based abuse & violence to help ensure the police & justice system more widely are able to better prevent & investigate incidences of such violence against women & girls.
While dependent on police forces actioning this advice, its a good step
