We’re in Michigan where the cyclosporiasis outbreak was. A few weeks ago my daughter reasonably went to the urgent care after a couple days of symptoms to see if she had it and they ordered a test.
The test went to the University of Michigan Health lab.
What would you guess the bill they sent me was for that test?
It was billed at $1053 and “discounted” to $821 via insurance.
