Sarcophaga bullata, another flesh fly, used in some genetics, behavioural, chemosensory, and neuroscience research too. Another recent genus for them was Neobellieria, but I think they're back in Sarcophaga again. There have been a couple of other genera they've been put into but they keep ending up in Sarcophaga!
