smol life update now that i'm taking a little vacation time
this year i've been individually contracting and working on golang and still not using any llm tooling and it's gone very well! i've been very lucky to work on values-aligned projects and help out with security fixes, protocol improvements, and detail-oriented work e.g. limiting growth of data structures, data deletion
super glad of my decision at the start of this year to refresh a little of my skillset, that bit of time spent digging into donovan & kernighan's https://gopl.io was really worth it and has been continually useful. looking forward to finishing the rest of the chapters until the fall
