Everyone is complicit against us. We are an unarmed people, and I keep asking myself: how can such a small place as Gaza have the whole world fighting against it?

And this is not something that began today. We have been suffering since 1948. I am 36 years old now, yet my grandparents were forcibly displaced from my hometown of Jaffa after it was occupied. I have never even been able to see my homeland with my own eyes.

We were pushed into Gaza, and still, they continue to kill us.

Why all of this? How can such a tiny piece of land endure so much injustice? Why us? And how much longer must this continue?

We are human beings. We deserve to live, to be safe, to return home, and to have a future.

Why is the world still allowing Gaza to suffer? And when will this nightmare finally end? 💔🇵🇸
