Can we sue car manufacturers because we know that some people will go 100mph on a winding country road and kill a bicyclist (this recently happened near where I live and I can almost guarantee that the driver will get at most a slap on the wrist and won't even lose his driver's licence).
I don't see much hope for anything stronger applying to BigTech but I applaud your enthusiasm.
