I only just turned 35, and my body gave me the first scare. Tonight, as I was getting ready to sleep, I suddenly felt like I forgot how to breathe. Like I had to do it manually all of the sudden for a few minutes. And then I started shivering intensely, teeth dancing on teeth with loud clanks. It mostly stopped, eventually, but I’m still not sure if I’m fine as before.
