During a ram crisis Fedora decide to increase the minimum ram. Jerks. I'm not willing to get a second job to pay for more ram.
Time to explore options.
1/ Find a distro that isn't vibe-coded with a lower ram requirement.
2/ Buy a monitor and wall mount and give my GrapheneOS phone a try as a "desktop" computer.
3/ Run an outdated distro, Fedora 44, and do nothing on it that requires security (banking, taxes, etc)
I once use nothing but an android phone for 2 years, no tablet, laptop or desktop so I know it's possible.
