FDR was a horrid president. One of the worst. Up there with Biden, Carter, and Wilson.
I dont believe that anyone likes Mussolini. Atleast I've never heard anyone say anything positive about him.
But I think its objective to say that regardless of the government in power, a "central planned economy" is a bad idea and will always fail.
