Hi Primal. I'm bil Chamberlin, a painter working out of a small studio in Erie, Colorado, under the name Kaninhoved.
I trained in fine art at MICA, spent a couple of decades in design and art direction, and now spend most of my time making large abstract paintings in acrylic, oil and mixed media, plus figurative portraits built from big, blocky brushstrokes. Some pieces also go through Midjourney, using my own paintings as the starting point.
I'll be posting new paintings, sketchbook pages and work in progress. Glad to be here.
