Yes. I was working normally with the computer, got the notification about upgrade. Clicked on it, then reboot, waited for a looooooooong time during restart to install updates (which is shocking to say the least in thi day and age of SSD/NVMEs). And when it booted, desktop background, SDDM... all were "refreshed" which is fine, but my shortcuts were fully wiped. Screenshot, Emacs, ...
