i have a little app that runs on a Raspberry Pi 3 in my homelab called "busbusbus." all it does is query the Barcelona TMB bus arrivals API for when the buses are due at the bus stops near my house, then dumps them to a simple HTML template using FastAPI. it's on my Tailscale network, so i can just open my phone and type "busbusbus" into the browser and bonk, bus arrival times. it's been running for over a year now. dead simple, super useful.
