Oh, I just understood what you meant by "plans for cutting". No, I'm not even bothering to plan that yet. My "plans for cutting" are: I'm going to keep writing the first draft the way I've been, putting in every damn thing I feel like. And then I plan to cut lots of stuff in my first revision round.
