Me trying to explain to the BizPartner that just because something is legal doesn't make it morally and/or ethically correct.
I used the example:
In the U.S. it used to be legal to own and enslave other humans. THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT IT'S MORALLY CORRECT TO DO THAT.
But if I use another, more modern example, like let's say, "it's ethically questionable for a healthy, able person to collect social security while still collecting an income from passive income, stock dividends and/or working a six figure job."
His response was, "I don't see how that's ethically questionable. It's legal."
