Something that is going to become *extremely clear* in the pyrocene/pandemicene is that "efficiency" or "feasibility" as metrics for, say, preventing VAST WILDFIRES or DEVASTATING GLOBAL PLAGUES is going to go out of fashion relatively quickly.
This is in part because, well, the *idea* of applying efficiency/feasibility (E/F) to critical issues is fucking bananapants bonkers, antisocial, and self-annihilating.
But also because the alternative will be total obliteration. 🤷♂️
