Whomever made this meme is an idiot (or more likely a dishonest partisan) if they think this is the "only" reason.
Statistically, it's far more likely to be TDS. Like him or not, Trump Derangement is real, and is a very common reason for otherwise rational people to go against the current administration for no reason other than "Trump".
