Correction to today's batch 2 post
I wrote: "Two US PCE lines from my candidate list aren't here. A stop rule written before pricing dropped them."
It was three lines, not two: US September PCE, US October PCE and US November CPI. One rule, written on 21 Oct before I read any of their history, dropped all three because their series, measure and threshold weren't pinned down before pricing.
One clarification on the UK October CPI line (23%). It is 6/26: in 5 of the last 24 Octobers the CPI index rose at least 0.36% in the month, which was last October's rise. October 2026 needs roughly that much for the annual rate to print 3.5% or higher, so the count already compares against last year's base. It's still low information.
The batch was fixed at 13:26 UTC and written to the ledger at 13:28 UTC.
